GUN CONTROL is a Federal Constitutional issue. Our Second Ammendment rights to own and bear firearms is challenged regularly. One day the Media claim they are in favor of strong gun control, the next thing you know, the National Rifle Association wants everyone to carry a firearm every where they go. We are constantly bombarded from all sides with conflicting reports about what is best for us. In my opinion, our Second Ammendment rights prevent totalitarian national movements. Two things are sure, before a foreign invader will consider a forceful attack on American borders, they will take into account the militias of registered gun owners who would respond in a time of military crisis. Second, Gun Control probably could not have prevented the assassinations of President Lincoln or President Kennedy.
