Daniel Z. Seyler
For New Jersey State Senate

MARIJUANA, WAR,
TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION:

Who should decide? An ANONYMOUS COMMITTEE, a Politician, or the VOTERS?

In 2007, I went on the record offering to give voters a chance to vote for or against legalization of Marijuana. Jon Corzine, the New Jersey Assembly and Senate beat me to it, they legalized Medicinal Marijuana.

I'm waiting for someone to start legally lighting up, it seems the rules are still being ironed out. The rule makers may need a little encouragement.

I'm still in favor of INITIATIVE AND REFERENDUM. Consider other unacceptable policies the government has adopted without the approval of the Majority of registered voters. They wouldn't get away with half the stuff they are pulling if they first needed permission from the voters.

In my opinion, in a Democracy, if two thirds of the voters vote for something, that something should become law. Please see INITIATIVE AND REFERENDUM .

Please support me and help me change our course.
