I am not opposed to increased housing that is planned and includes improvements to infrastructure of roads, sewage treatment and schools in the areas where the housing is located.

The government reported in January 2001, water quality in New Jersey has decreased since 1990. A percentage of the increased pollution is attributed to run-off from suburban sprawl.
